Built MAKE from inside the

problem — not from theory.

In 2023, I joined Kaptive C&P as a Project

Assistant. Eighteen months later, as

their Chief Administrative Officer, I had

built the operational structure

they needed to scale. That

structure became the model for MAKE.

I'm a civil engineer from Colombia. Before

MAKE, I founded and managed two

construction companies in Bogotá.

I know what U.S. builders need — because

I've operated on both sides of the table.
